OUR SIGNATURE GIN RANGE

Family led brand Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ who is over 100 years old.

Only the purest water is used and each of the nine botanicals are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Whitley Neill’s tagline of “Crafted from the tree of life” goes a long way in describing what those botanicals might be.

Bringing together a mix of innovative botanicals like cape gooseberries and baobab fruit to its line-up, it also has other more traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon & orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark and orris root.

We stock all 10 flavours of their gins, did you know there was 10? A quintessential taste for every palette.

ARTISAN COFFEE ROASTERS

‘Expect an Espresso with a great body, beautifully balanced acidity, notes of Marzipan, Dark Chocolate & Cherry…’

Mac & Me are local, small batch Artisan Roasters. Their attention to detail, dedication to excellence and Fair Trade values, immediately attracted us to their excellent brand. We love the taste too…

Sylva will provide a blend of 2 wonderful South American Coffees. The first is naturally processed Brazilian from Serra do Cabral in the Minas Gerais region. At 1100m above sea level, this lush and fertile area has the perfect microclimate to grow stunning coffee. The 2nd is a Colombian plant from the Northwest of the country in Antioquia, growing at around 1700m above Sea level in the Andean Mountains. Cool evenings & rich Volcanic soil creates idyllic conditions for perfection.

Mac & Me pay around 20% above Fair Trade prices to their farmers. Not only does this ensure a better quality of life for their families, it also means money can be reinvested into their farms, improving the product quality year on year.

Sustainability is hugely important to us and ensuring that we are “doing our bit for the environment” is key, that’s why ‘The Sylva Waltz’ will be serving all her drinks in bio-degradable and compostable cups where possible, ensuring that when you buy from us that your doing so in the knowledge that you are being kind to our planet.
