The Sylva Waltz is a Citroen HY Van, born on French soil in 1975. She led a full and varied life before ending her travels in Holland, where we picked her out of the crowd to join our family. She arrived in July 2019 and work began on restoring her to her former glory with a few twists.

Sylva is now the proud owner of a 1.9 Tdi VW engine and achieves a maximum speed of 70mph, ensuring she arrives at her destination safely and in good time…

With a passion for all things vintage, partners Caroline & Paul have lovingly chosen a contemporary, industrial feel for the interior of The Sylva Waltz.

Sylva now houses an excellent coffee machine, providing locally sourced coffee from Artisan Roasters. A varied range of homemade cakes are available, with special consideration in mind for our Vegan & Gluten Free friends. See our menu for more details.

For an afternoon tipple, festival or private party with friends, Sylva is equipped with a dual tap font for your choice of draught ale or lager & an excellent range of gins & spirits upon request.

Our onboard chiller cabinet is carefully stocked with Soft drinks, mixers, fresh fruit and a range of garnishes providing a quintessential taste for every palette.

And finally, fitted with a 30kg Ice machine and an additional 20kg ice well for extra storage, Sylva is a one stop shop for your event, bringing a personalised & stylish touch to your occasion.
